- For retail orders, all purchases are subject to availability.
- For bulk orders, terms are defined in our Sales Contract, including deposits, production timelines, and shipping arrangements.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there are issues with payment, stock availability, or fraudulent activity.
3. Payment
- Twoya accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our website.
- Retail orders: Payment must be completed at checkout.
- Bulk orders: A deposit is required to initiate production (50%-70%, depending on the order type). Final payment must be received before shipment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Twoya ships worldwide, including USA, Canada, UK, and Europe.
- Retail orders are typically shipped within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Bulk order production may take 15–25 days, plus shipping time.
- Shipping is arranged via DHL or FedEx under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Twoya is not liable for delays caused by customs or courier issues outside our control.
5. Risk of Loss & Title
- Risk of loss or damage remains with Twoya until the item is delivered to the buyer’s address.
- Title to goods passes to the buyer after full payment and successful delivery.
6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
- Our Refund & Returns Policy governs all retail returns and refunds.
- Exchanges are offered only for defective items.
- Bulk orders are non-refundable after production begins, except for verified manufacturing defects, as outlined in our Sales Contract.
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, images, text, and branding on Twoya’s website and products are the property of Twoya.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from Twoya.
8. Liability
- Twoya is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from use of our website or products.

Twoya is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
